The Game Manager

A detailed look at the Game Manager

What is the Game Manager?

As mentioned in the Setting Up Your Game article: Trail is divided into two main components; the platform and the SDK. The Game Manager is the portal that allows you to manage your organization, finances and your builds. In this article we'll have a look at each of these and see how we can best utilize the options available through it.

📘

If you don't have access to the Game Manager, the SDK or this is your first time using Trail and haven't followed the Getting Started guide, we recommend that you start with the What is Trail? article.

The home page

When you login to the Game Manager, the first thing you'll see is the home page.

The Game Manager is the heart of the platform. It allows you to Manage Your Organization, Access and Review Your Finances and Manage Builds Through Release Channels.

📘

When you apply for developer's access, we create an organization for you based on your studio or team name. Once created, you should see a similar view to the screenshot above.
In this series of articles, we won't address the SDK and Libraries or how to access them since we've addressed them in the Setting Up Your Game article.

Note that the "Settings" menu found in your profile (as shown below) allows you to modify your personal settings and not connected to your organization.
